Chef Los is the executive chef for four restaurants in Los Angeles and Orange County. He strives to provide only made to order menus at every location, utilizing local and fresh ingredients. His inspiration comes from being raised in cosmopolitan Los Angeles, were exposure to her various ethnic foods have laid the foundation for an appetite of diverse ingredients.
